you can disable auto update for the game if you want to keep playing in the current game
Dammit, I thought we were safe now!
I understand that, but I'd rather play with the latest when it releases! I just want to ensure I don't dedicate too much to a playthrough if I need to wait a bit.
If you like downloading/using big overhaul mods (not just a few xml tweaks) that could extend any wait while waiting for them to update their mods So I wouldn't go there right this second.
The rest simply depends, probably, on how much time you personally have/are willing to play games (4 hrs a week? 10 hrs a week? 30 hrs a week? Retired/all the time you want, etc), and whether you tend to get bored of a save/chr fairly quickly (20-30 hrs say) or like to play the same map/chr for a hundred plus hours.
However, if you want any of the new features, mechanics, and bug fixes, you must start a new save.
I'm patient in any case, love to see that they're still adding to this!
Guess I'll see y'all in the next version!
