Can you pickup the minibike ?

I finally started the minibike and laid the chassis on the ground. BUT - it was inside my base, down some stairs, etc. Is there a way to pick it up so I can carry it outside, or do I need to destroy it and hopefully salvage the parts? Luckily it's just the chassis and handlebars so far. LOL

Yes you can pick it up but you have to disassemble it... use the right click menu, select the option that looks like an open trunk (or boot if youre in that region) then click on the part names in the side bar to the left.

Clicking on the chassis in the left side bar disassembles the bike completely in one go but make sure you have the inventory space to carry it all else it will dump to the ground and sometimes glitch out and disappear.

Yes. In current A16 the remaining frame can be picked up by holding the "interact" key and selecting "take".

Yes, open the bike up (so you can see all the parts on the left, same as when you assembled it).

Then SHIFT-CLICK on each piece (except the frame).
They will pop into your backpack inventory.
NOTE: Be sure to have enough room in your pack. The engine takes one slot....but a full tank of gasoline will take up two slots when you pop the engine. Also, if you have a minibike basket, you might want to empty it first. Otherwise, you need 18 slots for a full basket of items, plus one for the basket itself.

After you've grabbed all but the frame, exit the bike panel and you'll see the frame sitting there. Hold your interaction key down, then click the HAND logo. The bike frame will pop to your inventory.
