How to get springs?

Sry for asking but I didnt played the game for a while and never knew about something like springs. I need it to craft a gun and other stuff but I cant craft it or find it in the wiki. Do you know how to craft and why it was removed from the wiki?

yes from cars you will need a wrench

You can also find them in garage storage boxes and such loot on rare occasions, otherwise you need to smack cars with the wrench/repair tool.

Well why not do a real receipt for it? I mean it would be better for noobs when they want to craft a blunderbuss.

You could always mod it or get some from creative menu.

beds (with wrench) are a nice source for springs

All the things I can think of:
1. Beds with wrench
2. Cars with wrench
3. The consoles inside the water treatment facility with wrench

Possibly cars?
Possibly Kitchen/Toilet sinks?
