Perk Book Cheat/Admin Command

Hi, we startet a new multiplayer map and want to get back our Progression with the Perk books. Is there a Cheat or Admin command to spawn a spezific Perk book (Iam Server Admin atm). For exampel the Shotgun Messiah Bock Vol. 5.

F1 to open the console, 'CM' enables creative mode, then exit the console and hit U to bring up the creative menu from which you can spawn whatever items you want; has a search field and everything.
