knife or machete

so is the hunting knife better than a machete for harvesting or is machete better? like a lvl 4 knife or a lvl 1 machete?

dont think theres a difference between machete and knife. but if the normal progression is anything to go by then most likely the machete.

thats what i was assuming but didnt wanna use the machete and for some reason it turn out to be a weapon mainly harvesting second kinda thing

knife weapon all harvest the same, its the block dmg your looking at if you want to harvest faster, thus making the machete better.
