Mods and EASY anti cheat
I'm trying out some mods but Easy Anti Cheat complains about one or more of them. Is there an easy way to tell which mod or mods are causing the problem short of disabling each mod then restarting.

Wow, I'm surprised any mods work with EAC. I normally start 7DtD with the non-EAC option (from the game folder, run 7DaysToDie.exe instead of 7DaysToDie_EAC.exe (I make a shortcut and drag it to my desktop)).

Look at the files contained in the mod. If they are all just xml or txt files it shouldn't be a probvlem. If there are dll or other binary files those might be an issue. Directions or descriptions of the mods should mention if EAC needs to be disabled. If you're playing single player there is no reason to use EAC, just run the non-EAC exe, or disable EAC from the launcher.

I found out that is you look at the log file by pressing F1 it will tell you which mod or mods caused the problem with EAC. You may have to scroll it up to see the message.

I only had one mod that caused the problem and it was because it included a dll. It was a mod that turned off a forge or chemistry station once crafting was done so you don't waste fuel.

Thanks for the responses.
Just note that EAC is useless if you play in single/coop... & in this case, launch the game without EAC...

But most of the time & to be quiet, when use mods, EAC must be turn OFF...
