"Loot all" button?
Should be a button, not just a key, to "loot all" from containers, etc. Would make things a little more smooth.

The "R" key loots all. Might check your key bindings if it's not working for you.

What? A key is the same thing as a button more or less. Unless you are refering to an ingame button that you click but that idea is redundant since its simpler and "smoother"
to just hit R.

i need the option to change it do to being one handed and other hand is not usable do to a stroke and use a mouse with buttons to access thing.

You can change it in settings, it's the "Reload / Take All" key.

The R key as they said is fastest way.

Also, top bar of the storage crate, right most icon is a box with 3 arrows pointing down...click that "button" and all will go in to your inventory.
