How to move locked vehicle?

Playing on a dedicated server which I am the owner of. So I have all the admin rights. My buddy left his motorcycle at my base. I need to move it so I can do some work where it's sitting. It's locked. Is there some sort of command that will let me unlock it or some other way to move his motorcycle?

get them to move it for you or destroy it?

blow it up. hit it with a pick or auger or just shoot it until it explodes. when he comes back, you can go into creative mode and give him a new one.

You could try undermining it and then sending it down to the deep, then build over top. Fill a bucket with water and splash it over the bike. Salt the earth. If you don't feel like using water, maybe line the bottom of the pit with burning barrels.
