So either player level 30, or level 25 with a few tiers completed, or level 10 with 2 levels of Daring Adventurer.
trader stage = (player_level * (1 + quest_tier_mod)) + (daring_adventurer *10)
The quest tier mod is 0.05 times the highest tier you have completed, so if you completed tier 3 it would be 0.15
I want to say the chemistry station is 15,000 dukes maybe. I'm not 100% sure of the cost since I rarely ever buy it when it is sold.
Like the rewards though, keep in mind at 30 trader stage it becomes an option, not a guaranteed item in their inventory.
