Now you only find murky water in loot and also can construct dew collectors who can produce murky or clear water daily depending on the upgrades.
Its honestly not the big change many make it out to be, it changes how you play like the first 2-3 days and after that, just as before, getting drinks is never again a problem for the rest of your playthrough.
Tbh i think it's even easier now with Dew-Collectors. Don't even need to make room in your inventory for empty bottles etc. I don't miss the empty jars
Also it's unimmersive..
But hey, the engine cannot afford more unique items, so they need to remove more and more to have room to add mods etc.
The overall activity levels probably never rose high enough to trip the 100 pt counter which spawns them. Might have found the sweetspot of heat generationi and decay :)
