For better meat harvesting... knife, machete, fireaxe ?

Hey guys,

For better meat/rotten meat harvesting results... what's the higher tier knife over the bone knife and hunting knife... is it the machete or fireaxe or is hunting knife the best for it ?
Or did I miss a tool ?

Hunting knife seems the best, it doesn't drain stamina like machete does and gives the same meat, the main thing is just perk into the huntsman perk to get more meat.

Also, fireaxe is not a butchering tool and it only gives 70% of resources.

knives are made specifically for harvesting...

and a machete is superior to the hunting knife bruv... same as a screwdriver to a ratchet to a wrench

Sure, but where does the Steel Knuckles fit in on the Harvesting game, better or worse than Machete?

Have you tried that? Does it work for harvesting meat? I never tried it so, asking seriously.

Steel knuckles are about the same as hunting knife for harvesting. A lot better for fighting though. Machete is a little better for fighting than knuckles, but a lot better for harvesting. If you have the stamina for it. Machete is the worst for stamina use. So, steel knuckles are a good all-around blade weapon/tool.
