So i am in single player, lets say 90 minutes, i used 1 time for 5 minutes DM in commands and turned it off. Can i still get the achievement or do i need to start a new game?

New game. I did the same to get a hidden achievement, couldnt get it.

I don't believe it makes any difference. You just can't get achievements or progress achievements while DM or CM is active. Just relogging is enough. Only 1590 more minutes to go.

You do NOT need to start a new game! Once you've deactivated the dm command, your achievements will continue to build. You can't get them while dm is active, but once you've turned it off, it will be good.

Some of the achievements have issues at the moment, so they may not be able to be completed right now, but there are work-arounds for most of those which may or may not entail loading up a previous alpha. Just check the forums to see what needs to be done for your particular achievement problem.

Incorrect. I tried this, to get the dirty harry achievement(the only one I dont have)

1. spawn in the 44.
2. spawn in the ammo
3. deactivate the dm/cm
4. restart the game.
5. kill 5x the required amount of zombies.

6. wonder why i never got my last achievement.

7. resort to the old saying"Cheaters never win" Cant cheat for that achievement.

Note, the CURRENT alpha is borked for some of the achievements. If you take the time to research it, you'll find that the achievements can be done in previous alphas. This is on you, dude. In an alpha game, things happen. If you're just seeking the achievement, do it in an alpha where that achievement was working.

Khissi is correct, achievements work while you are NOT in DM / Creative mode's. The exception being some achievements may not be functioning correctly in the current Alpha build. Another issue that sometimes arises is... after exiting DM / CM mode's... achievements might not re-activate properly until you shutdown the game and restart it. It's rare but, has happened to some people like this. So, when in doubt, restart 7d2d... maybe even going so far as to restart Steam and then 7d2d just to be sure.
