land claim blocks ???????

just started with latest update . any time one of my party members tries to work on our base it makes the same noise when you try to destroy the traders base [ loud high pitched sound ] they still can damage blocks its just annoying as hell . we have been building base without land claim block just to avoid this noise and putting one down when we go to leave and do mission or gather resources . anyone else notice this ? thx for reading and giving feedback

They have to be on the claim owners friends list. Just being in party won't do it.

They need to be on your friend list in-game. It's in the same window where you guys put the party together.

It's called ALLIES, and it's located right beside where you send each other party requests. Make sure everyone playing together is an ally with everyone else. Once you do that, you'll be able to do all those sorts of things, and your little turrets won't make mincemeat out of your buddies, either. Each person will have to accept the ally of everyone else.

Once one person lays a land claim block, everyone else who is an ally will see that, rather than having red outlines around the block they are trying to place, the outline will be yellow. Now, the LCB owner of that area will need to pick up any machines or things like electrical connectors than another person may have placed, but other than that, any ally will be able to build.
