you can buy off trader too. One of my least favorite things so far in game.
Oh they have a new water collector you can build also, that gives 1 glass a day or some silly thing.
It's almost like they want this to be a survival game. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Why even have thirst, if it's never going to be a problem, like in A20? At that point you might as well remove thirst instead, much easier.
The text you're responding to is pointing out a mistake in the code.
If you don't like someone's opinion on the game's changes, you should probably quote them critiquing the game's changes instead of quoting someone mentioning a potential bug.
For example, trees and crops growth is tied to real-time (I think 3hours?) so changing day-speed doesn't speed or slow their growth. Similarly, the character's hunger/thirst/stamina is tied to real-time and not day-speed. This keeps hunger/crops tied together and balanced regardless of your day-speed settings.
There IS the side-benefit of this hiccup allowing players to "tune" the DewCollector output by speeding/slowing day-speed to increase/decrease water output (then adjust hordenight frequency to rebalance the dayspeed tweaks)...but I don't know if that's intentional.
You just need to be empty handed and looking directly down at the water.
take an award.
Still not being able to fill a container is infuriating. How would anyone in reality survive without a water flask or something to take with them during their travels?
Just be mindful of the damage you can take from drinking that way and the dysentery. If you're going to get most of your water day to day from the lake, be sure to invest your found/made water into goldenrod tea.
