Alpha 21 - Dedicated server - time running without player ?

Hello, because i didn't find the answer, does anyones known if the gameplay time/clock conitnue to advance when the last player logout ?
Because i don't find script to shut down server and start server a distance, let the server on, all time, if time continue it's not our wish ;)

unless its been changed, and i havent seen a patch note to say so time only passes with players online
