Where should I get paper?

Hello.

In the past, paper could easily be made from muddy water. In this update, you cannot craft cans and go get this water to make your own paper.

I remember that there was a paper factory, but I can't find it. If it was removed at all it would be very funny.

Now how to extract paper efficiently? Can someone suggest?

Toilets and bookshelves, those brown small boxes in every POI, harvest them with an axe.

Also you can still craft paper. Just needs boiled water instead of murky water now. Done in the chemstation.

The yellow plastic bales in POI's give 25 paper using an axe, and seem to be everywhere now.

surprised no one mentioned smacking posters. They give +5 every single time. Walk through a city and you will have more than enough in no time at all. stores generally have some on the interior walls too.
