Save not showing up on different PC
Do saves not go into the cloud? It seems my save files didnt transfer

copy your save folder from user\appdata\roaming\7daystodie\saves onto flash for physical transfer.

I realize this answer might be completely useless but I hate clouds and never use them, so not much help there. Sorry.

Saved games are stored on the local machine. Look for the folder Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/7DaysToDie/Saves. Each generated map will have a folder in this directory, and your saved games are in there. You can copy them to another machine if you like.

7 Days does not do the "cloud" - I've seen one of the mods long-explain re: the giant size of the saves/worlds (as a whole, or especially if multiple saves) for this game easily far far exceeding limitations re: Steam cloud size - or something of that nature.

So old school manual copying, as mentioned, is the method.
