Where's the skill to increase my stamina? Thanks.

There is none. There are perks scattered throughout to reduce the usage by various activities, but nothing to flat out increase it.

To add to Dth's technically correct statement, Every level you gain gives you a point of stamina, capping out at 200 iirc. So when you hit level 15 you'll have 115 stamina.

But there is indeed no skill/perk to directly increase your stamina, only to modify stamina usage.

Thanks for the correction Shur. I knew leveling up added HP's, but never noticed it did Stamina too.

Thanks for mentioning this even though you was replying to somebody else. I noticed my stamina is now at 123. I find it dumb when our stamina runs out fast when we so much as carve-up meat.

In the Strength "tree", the perk called "SexualTRex" will lessen the stamina drain you experience from using tools and weapons. The last couple levels will also give 10-30stamina when you kill an enemy.
Not exactly what you're asking for, but lessening the amount used is kind of like having more to use.

The Agility tree's "FlurryOfBlows" has a similar effect when you get the final/3rd point where it gives you a quick stamina +30 recharge (I think?) whenever you kill an enemy.

There's also a Stamina regen or lessening-use perk for when you're sprinting..though this sounds less related to what you're looking for.
