Player changed to 50% makes you do 50% block damage; So if you would have done 100, you now do 50. Conversely, setting it to 300% means you damage blocks 3x harder.
Same with zombie- 50% means they do less, 300% means they hit 3x as hard.
Bloodmoon is similar to the zombie one- Except it ONLY amplifies enemy block damage during a blood moon event.
AI block damage affect how much damage the zombies/dogs etc do you blocks or wood, stone, etc. And, there is another one, separate, for hordes which means, you could theoretically set horde block damage done by the zombies to 25%. Less damage to your base.
