Ok, thanks. Then I will get them between waves. Glad my killing floor works well for such things too.
Will this be your first horde experience with 120min days? I think that means a 30min horde or is it longer? I'm just freaked out how anyone could be shooting and running around for that long at a time.
maybe everyone I play with mod their bags to be much longer. Sometimes I find an odd bag left behind.
I'm actually playing with 120 minutes since the possibility exists to up it to 120. I mostly give up playing the game after a few hundred days, not because it gets difficult, but because it gets boring, after reacing lvl 2xx, and having all skills I want. I do not like to chage any options after starting a game, that's why I start a new one, once I get bored, and always start on the difficulty I think I can survive with skill and a bit of luck, already on day one. Meaning, survivalist or insane, zombies always running or nightmare, and atm feral sense at day, none at night, 12 hors day, 12 hours night, 120 minutes, no item respawn, no air drops, 300% xp.
I almost always play an "assassin" kind of char. Sneaking, shooting with bow and arrow, x-bow, or silenced weapons (my fav is the smg). Including the corresponding skills, also the mobility ones, and searching for corresponding books.
I'd probably use even more time, if it were an option. I'm not scared of hordes, because I have 100% safe killing floors standing already between day 5 and 6 (sorry, I don't tell how they work, but on YT you can find enough videos of people whom build working killing floors). Atm, shortly before day 35, I have 2 shotgun turrets, and 4 smg turrets running in the killing floor, connected to a battery bank and a generator bank, including several chests, behind walls, with stuff to repair and refill, and of course for all the stuff in the loot bags. None of the zombies, demos inclusive manage to get near the first set of turrets, even if I don't shoot, but just refill the turrets when needed. Where they to get near the first turrets, they would just drop down, through the holes their zombie brains doesn't register, and would need to run the whole way back, up to the start of the killing floor. And with 120 minutes, one has more time for quests, and farming and building, so it pays out. I play even with 300% xp, which makes the gamestage skyrocket, but also makes me get the skills I need faster.
