How its possible if you want to play in offline mode because you have internet issues, game will over save and lost your game, you can't continue with the same game?!! HOW THE HELL IS POSSIBLE THIS ??????

Offline works fine. If the name of the game is in red it means you already have a game of that name. If you restart a new one with the same name the previous being overwritten is on you.

The game now uses EOS for future cross-platform play. This means that online games are saved to one file and your offline games are saved to another. You online saves use your EOS player ID, and your offline saves use your Steam ID.

1, Right-click on "7 Days to Die" in Steam Library
Click on MANAGE, then "Browse Local Files"
Open platform.cfg, File should match this:
platform=Steam
crossplatform=
serverplatforms=Steam
Doing this will force Steam to only use the Steam ID save file.

2, To continue an Online game Offline:
Go to your "7 Days to Die" save location
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\<MAP_NAME>\<SAVE_NAME>\Player
There are 6 files. The EOS ID files are your online saves, the Steam ID Files are your offline saves.
Make copies of the EOS ID .ttp and .map files, then rename them and replace the Steam ID files.

3, Congrats, you can now play your online game save offline or online, no more EOS.

WARNING: You will have to destroy your LCB, and break into your chests, because the game thinks you are a different player. When the game updates you will have to repeat step 1.
