how many quests do you have to do at the dealer to get the minibike or motorcycle?

Minibike and Motorbike are not guaranteed from Trader tiers. It's RNG what the trader offers.

Bicycle is tier 1
Minibike is trier 2
Motorcycle is tier 3
4x4 is tier 4
I have yet to finish a tier 5 series, but I'm guessing gyro.

The only one I've seen offered every time is bicycle, which comes fully assembled. The other vehicles you get parts to put together yourself at a workbench, and you're not guaranteed to get every component needed.

It's the only guaranteed way. Even the reward gives you a box of parts for them, so your not guaranteed ot get all the parts you need.

Can also buy the parts from the trader when they have them for sale.

I got bike at tier 1, and gyrocopter parts box at tier 5. never got any of the other vehicle mods for t2-4 from the one trader I maxed so far.

The pack includes most or all of the parts but there might still be something missing. For example I opened a minibike pack in my last game that didn't include the handlebars.

I got a motorcycle bundle with handlebars, a battery and a wheel. Of course I had just found the handlebar schematic in the quest I turned in.

I've done the tier 2 rewards at least 3 times now and each time the top reward was the nailgun and the rest were part packs.

For the motorcycle bundle I got a wheel, a battery and an engine. Not terribly exciting, so don't count on anything except the bicycle.
