How Mods Effect Robotic Turret?

I'm using Robotic Turret as on ground weapon instead of holding in my hands. There are some mods that I'm wondering how they work with Robotic Turret, since it does better on our hands, but I don't know if they have the same effect while on the ground.

Mods like Fore Grip (improves handling and accuracy when firing weapons from the hip or while moving) and Barrel Extender (increases damage, range and aimed accuracy but makes the weapon more unwieldy when fired from the hip) looks good but I don't know if they really work out like that.

As default, I'm using Blessed Metal (increases damage to undead targets), Drum Magazine (doubles ammo capacity), Cripple 'Em (20% chance to cripple a leg on a bipedal target), and Barrel Extender, but I really want to know how more mods work out.

I usually use two in my horde base... to knock-em of a raised platform... and the flaming mod is always handy to help decrease there hp while they run around again ;)
And any other spare mods helps with damage i think.
Not used in A20 yet though...

only question is why would u hold the turret? place it on the ground and melee and you can mow through poi's in know time.

Those are the same mods I use, except for blessed metal because that's not vanilla. I pit in full auto, which seems to make it shoot even faster. 2 turrets with the same loadout will shred/cripple anything coming at you,

The sledge turret can take most of the mods a club can take (not sure on chain or barb wire) the standard turret can use anything a smg can use so far. However nobody on our server likes the sledge turret. Not sure anybody does. It just doesnt do enough.

Wait, can't we find Blessed Aim on vanilla? I thought we were able to get it as trader reward, or really late game loot, something like that.
