How do we determine a user's EOS ID in A20?
The following is part of the patch notes for A20:

To future-proof our game, including allowing us to use the latest anti-cheat and expanding to other platforms later on for future crossplay capabilities, we added Epic Online Services (EOS) to the game. For regular players this should not have any noticeable effect, you do NOT need an account on Epics platforms. EOS only knows your SteamID which is public anyway and matches that to an ID for EOS that is only valid for 7 Days to Die.

The change for server administration is in the user IDs that are used to store data and reference players, i.e. the filenames of user files, IDs in the serveradmin.xml or console output / commands which now refer to the user’s EOS ID.

When running a server and setting up the admins list, I used to just ask folks for their SteamID. They already knew how to get this. Since I do not use Epic's platform, and for all I know, neither do they, how do we figure out what their EOS ID is 7 Days to Die?

One method of getting a users EOS id is to have them start a SP game, exit and check their saves folder. The save name IS their EOS id.

Save location: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\<MAP_NAME>\<SAVE_NAME>\Player

A better question now is, how to translate the EOS to SteamID and vice versa.. FunPimps before applying this should've made that possible first with an ID translator/generator. Its just stupid
