First make sure your screenshot is uploaded, then go to your screenshots, find the one you want, click it, click the cog icon to the right, click "share" and copy the link it gives into steam.

Like a lot of items in this game it could be the item you're looking for exists under one of the advanced options of another item, or at least another item once upgraded which can sometimes change their shape.
Well that's the good news, now for the bad. I fairly sure that one type of bars can't be made by the player. Best option is to go looking in the creative menu, which you clearly already have access to so I don't need to try and explain that one.
If you feel bad for this act of what is....technically cheating (in a single player game), just make some normal iron bars in the forge and throw them to the void as "payment" for what you got.
