2 pack gift
Why can i not gift the 2 pack game to 2 of my friends, can only buy for myself?

Because you already own the game, the 2 pack is one for you and one to give out. Just send money to one of them.

Purchase the game again, then choose the option "purchase as a gift" in the check out.

How do you get the second game to a friend? I bought 2 pack but there is no option to send the second copy anywhere that I see, no code, I tried just "buying" for them thinking I might get a credit or something, but that didn't work, it tried to charge me again.

Look into your inventory and see if there is not a game there.

The thing is, if the purchase is set up as "One for you and One for a friend" then the Two pack basically activates 1 game, and gives you 1 gift coupon in your inventory, or a 'link' via email to redeem?

If you used the 'buy as gift' option, the entire 2 pack is turned into a gift, meaning you gotta gift it to the target friend who activates the pack, who then needs to 'gift' the second key to another friend.

You cannot purchase the 2-pack as a gift.
