does charismatic nature stack?

we are playing a mutiplayer game and wanted to know does the perk stack? it could be very powerful. we are all friends on this server and are allied

what i mean is if three to four people start using the perk do we get more and more health

No, it doesn't stack, but since you don't gain the benefit of your own charismatic nature it's nice if two people got it so they can buff each other. The range is about 20m.

Since the range is short and the temporary HP increase is just a higher CAP and not the HP that goes into it (you get an extra 20hp cap, but it starts empty), any player moving in and out of range with some healing perks will keep auto-healing the empty space and starve themselves kind of fast.
