Blood bag craftable?

or is it loot only? I know the blood draw kit has been removed, so is there any new way to obtain the blood bag without having to go look for it as it seems to be rare for me.

It became un-craftable in 18.1 I believe so quite recent. There are mods to bring to bring it back.

Obviously medical cabinets are one of the only reliable locations to find it along with traders.

Yeah, Pop n Pills stores and the hospital. I find them in medicine cabinets in bathrooms as well.
