Bulk gun powder

I saw it once, but no longer see it anymore in the Chemistry Station, any idea why?

You might've been wearing something like the NerdyGlasses which boost Intellect and later swapped to a different pair of glasses that don't boost Intellect, dropping the base intellect skill low enough to (temporarily) lose the park/ability to bulk craft?

I don't know off-hand if any of the perks/skills allow gunpowder bulk crafting though, so this is just a guess.

The perk to bulk craft gunpowder is under perception > explosives lvl3.

So if you bought that perk while wearing +1 perception glasses, put those glasses back on.
