Alpha 19 Timeline
April 19 Pre-experimental testing
May 27 Streamer release announced and public applications opened.
June 10 Developer Stream series starts
June 26 Streamer weekend
June 29 Experimental release
August 19 Stable release

Alpha 20 Timeline
pre-expeimental isn't happening. Or rather, it has been since before a19 was stable.
Sept 8 Developer Stream series starts
Streamer release hasn't been announced yet. Not sure what TFP's plans are on this. May just roll with the streamers from a19 and not do an open invitation.

If you work it all out, this puts us in October. Which falls in line with what the developers stated their goal was a couple months ago.
Only time will tell though. A date will not be given until it happens.
All of this is just speculation.

No clue. TFP don't announce release dates until its like a week or two out ( and even then, take it lightly) . All we have right now is speculation,
