We've been testing "If I (me) gets critical injuries, can he heal them" with various items like medkids, splints, etc. So far we have confirmed bleeding, deep lacerations can be treated by another player with the right equipment. But nothing else can. Which means his healing perk that massively increases recovery times if treated are.. less effective for group play.
Also meaning that int, a stat which is primarily rather weak in what weapons it can use, and is meant more for defence, kinda has.. reduced effectiveness if you can't treat your teammate's critical injuries
