stacks of gunpowder/gascans
Sorry, basic question.

What is the advantage of crafting "stacks of gunpowder" vs gunpowder? Does it cut down on time? or materials?

I've searched, but can't find the answer.
Thanks

It also is a massive storage advantage, since it is ONE stack of 1k gunpowder and i believe the stacks stack to 5. So you have 5k gunpowder taking one slot in storage.

Takes less mats to craft.

Storage isn’t such an issue for gunpowder of all things, as you make it in one bench, then move it straight to another bench to craft bullets, so it’s not something you’ll be carrying around generally. The big thing is the material saving. The skills that let you craft bullet boxes and stacks of gas, however, the storage savings are really handy, so you can take supplies around while adventuring (or on horde nights for ammo), without filling your inventory.

I can't confirm any time soon, but I'm pretty sure in A19 the stacks of stuff take quite a bit longer to cook than non-stacked stuff (like 15min for 1000 gun powder, but 25min for a stack). Certainly gives value to the perk that reduces Chem Crafting time by 40%.
