You can either find them, buy them, or make them. All options are governed by RNG since to make them requires finding or buying acid.

You have to craft them which i think it is available once you skill into a grease monkey perk.

Edit: just learnt something myself now thank you hanrahan6 as i did not know they could be found or bought.

Hi all. As I remenber you dont need any perk. Because I dont ever give any point in those perks, Grease Monkey, etc,because you just have to loot shcematics. You need coal and acid to craft wheels.

To craft a wheel you need to learn to craft any part of a vehicle. Can be a bike, minbike, motorcycle, 4x4 or gyro part. Once you know any part the wheel recipe is yours.

You can find wheels all over, in random boxes, cars, etc... They are findable early on, we found 3 of our 4 wheels during our engine and battery hunt during week 1.
