1/2 Block Centered

Hello everyone. I've currently set up shop in the new alpha 19 Working Stiff Tools shop west of Diersville (not sure if i spelled that right). Outside is a perimeter wall made of concrete, consisting of full concrete blocks and 1/2 blocks centered in it. I cant find it anywhere in the game (for survival). Ive checked wood, flagstone, brick and concrete, but no luck. If anyone knows how to get it (or if its just not in the game), let me know. Its been driving me crazy since I lost on one horde night!

Only way i could find it was to start with cheats and spawn in one from the creative menu (press u).

Yeah, not all POI parts are available without creative menu. So ether replace or live with the difference.

Thanks for the help. I know about creative and everything, but my world has no cheats. Its just a bit frustrating when you lose a block that would make sense for you to have acess to. Espically something as simple as a centered half-block.
