Command to dry concrete?

The concrete has been wet for about a week now, is there a console command to dry it? Or a creative mode item to do it with...

Is it, really? Or does it just look like it is still wet?

We often have a bug when the block would only look like it is still wet, but it has the health of a dried block. So we take out paint and paint the block to look like the rest.

It is at the point where it is not wet, but it is not done yet either. Upgrading now turns i back wet. Since it is not done it can not get the final upgrade to metal.

Concrete goes through two drying phases. Wet Concrete -> Concrete Block -> Wet Concrete -> Reinforced Concrete Block->Steel

You have to upgrade it and dry it the second time to get reinforced; It wont just dry into reinforced from concrete on its own.

You also need to be in the chunk with the wet concrete for it to dry, in my experience. If you just leave and go looting across town, some of them probably won't be dry. Hang out for awhile in the area and, if you happen to be on the borderline between two chunks, it can be pretty annoying, but it CAN be worked with.
