Twitch Viewers Spawning in Zombies

So lately i have been seeing people on twitch having the people in chat use commands to summon zombies in game... the only thing i have seen on this on the web is wisebot and that does not seem to cover the wide range of summons that they are providing... wisebot says it has 2 when people sub. So how do you set this up? what do you use? Do you need a online server or can you do this in a local game?

Are you talking about the command console? If you hit F1 you can enter in a wide range of commands for things like spawning items, zombies, animals, etc. A quick google search for "7 Days Command Console" will give you enough reading material for a while.

Keep in mind, commands are often locked out in servers, but in local games you can typically use them. I've done it more than a few times to test a new defense or strategy I was tinkering with.

Command console is something i use frequently in my youtube videos.... this is a command through a bot system on twitch, that allows people in the viewer chat to type something like !spawnArlene and than a arlene spawns in game....

Oooh, gotcha. It may depend on how the server is set up, I believe Botman does some of that where you can send / commands in chat window. Might be worth checking to see if that's what they were using...
