Do car respawn in the world when loot respawns ?

I always wondered does the cars respawn when loot respawns it seem like maybe at the POI but never really back on the street, any takes ?????, I do know if there is a mission at a POI that they do....

Nothing Removed from the game world will respawn naturally as loot respawns. If you dismantle a car, it is dismantled and gone for good. This applies to any and all objects removed from the world; If you chop up a sink and remove it from the world, it'll never reappear. Break a birdnest even and it's gone forever.

The exception here is Trader Quests; Trader quests reset a POI upon beginning the quest at a location, so any cars or blocks removed from that location should/will respawn upon initiating a quest at the location.
