Not a voxel game, so nowhere near the same hardware requirements.

That's an out-dated inbred API, and not an actual GPU. I would consider a 660 Ti to be the absolute bottom-end, and it's about 4 times better than what you've got there.

CPU performance is important as well, and with that APU, it's not likely you have a CPU that meets the min spec.

At the lowest resolution and lowest graphics settings you might be able to keep around 30fps, but there's also a chance the aging drivers will crash or you may easily crash from running out of memory if the computer doesn't have enough RAM. The game doesn't run very well on 8gb of RAM when the GPU is also borrowing RAM from the system. I'm guessing you don't have 16gb RAM in there, and even if you did it wouldn't run great.
