level 74 - intellect 10 - cannot unlock grease monkey lvl 4 (says i need to raise intellect)
what gives?

4 is level 85 if i remember right

Char level needs to be 85. It wasnt too intuitive. You can mouse over the lock icon to see requirements.
It should also tell you the requirements if you click on it when unable to buy it too - Would help a tonne.

anyway, the truck is only good for loottours. For traveling, Scouting and Boulder/Car tours the Motorcycle is better
