Are there more Zombies in multiplayer?
It's something I've been wondering for a while. Are there any debuffs or are there simply more zombies the more players there are?
I think it makes some sense (because then the more people playing there would be very easy).

So does something happen the more people play?

all revolves around gamestage in multiplayer. If you press I, you'll be able to see each player's personal gamestage.

Also, certain zombies have different spawning conditions that rely on gamestage. This is a measure taken so that you wont have demolition zombies on day one.

Also, In multiplayer, theres a range factor for gamestages recognized. If a player is too far from you then it will reduce the calculated stage. If theres 5 players on, and 4 are at one base, with one at another, the player that is alone will experience an easier playthrough, assuming enough distance is there.

This is only for horde night, number of world zombies will be the same.

I'm not sure if the number of zombies will vary, but the difficulty of said zombies varies with gamestage. During a blood moon the more people are on, the more zombies you will see, up to a maximum alive cap set in the game's rules (blood moon spawn count). If you're fighting a blood moon with a friend, you'll see both the zombies coming for you, and for your friend. Which can drop your FPS significantly if you're computer is barely meeting requirements...

Screamers, on the other hand, are a different story....
