A Neebs is a rare creature indeed, I have been watching his episodes weekly, and decided to start playing again, but my main laptop would not play the game, so i installed in on my work laptop and have put in about 18 hours in 2 days, so far.

Never heard of neebs either, google says its some random guy who streams games which explains it. I got better things to do with my time then watch other people play games.

Usually I would chime in here (I am an old school guy, and like to play my games myself :happy_creep:)

However: Theire very first episode about 7d2d is so hilarious, and brings back long lost memories.
You know, back then when everything was totally new and fresh, and one was curious about each and every little detail of game mechanics.

I miss those days, but watching those four guys for 10 minutes (I didn't make it any longer though, as I am not so much in watching gameplay vids) made me giggle more than once at least. :steamhappy:

I would post the link, if I wasn't on my mobile right now.

Actually I didn't - but I did feel so guilty for derailing your thread further than it already was, so I started to dig into it. :happy_creep:

Assuming you are talking about the file Neebs_Ep35_2018-06-04 (PROTO).zip:

(If my initiall assumption is wrong already, please drop me a hint :steamhappy:)

Inside this zip you will find a folder with the same name.
This folder goes to
"C:\Users\<your_windows_user_name>\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\Random Gen"

From that moment on, you can select it from the "continue game"-menu option.

However - this map looks like pre alpha 16.4, as I did experience some oddities while trying out (steep cliffs and those things you would expect when mixing versions).
I also did initially spawn in a rad-zone.

So either I did something terribly wrong (but I have no clue what it might be), or it was a mix of outdated-map and bed luck.

Hope this helps - if I was still in the wrong box, just let me know.
Cheers!

Edit: And just for clarification: Doing so will just allow you to play on your own instance of the map they used - yu won't be playing on their server that way.
From your post, I am not entirely surem this is what you expect.

Neebs video on the building of the lighthouse with Simon's help had me laughing so hard, they kept falling and breaking their legs. This happened to so many times that I carry a dozen splints al the time.
