from what I have read, honey can cure lvl 1 infection but it takes some time. for lvl 2 you need antibiotics, and again it takes time, it is not instant. somebody had said that it can take a couple courses of antibiotics to clear it. it'll go from tier 2 to 1, then clear.
it doesn't make things "all better" but that's how it is. bugs happen, then they get fixed, that's how this works.
Ive chucked 1 antibioticss and a few honeys. The antibiotic seemed to do nothing when eaten alone at 2h, could be the factor that made the illness drop 1 h. Im not sure tbh. Ive eaten 2 honeys short after eachother at 4h, no change in progress.
There must be some solution. Im out of antibiotics now, have 2 moldy breads(theyre still used to make antibitics, right?) and one honey. The 2 known traders have nothing, I dont have any med-recipes outside default.
Whats your experience?? I could suicide, but thats a cheesy solution
if it doesnt tell you what it is, and there are no negative stats to it then just wait it out, don't waste resources if you don't know they will help it. it should either progress to food posioning or infected, then either use tea or honey/antibiotics to try to cure it.
honestly, I have very little experience with this. I've gotten hit a few times but have only gotten infected once and it progressed to tier 2 almost 3 but I died on a spike trap trying to get into my base. other than that, the "feeling something" thing just goes away really quickly on my character.
I'm not sure if I'm bugged or if you might be.
