Really, you steer the minibike with the mouse?

Why in gods name would you think this is a good control method? the motorcycle and truck better not use this insanely clunkly crappy method of driving, my god.

Click the left mouse button. I find both styles useful personally and switch between the two, but primarily I don't use mouse steer.

i find it much smoother but far less intuitive to use the mouse steering.

Left click while driving to swap to A D turning.

I'd rather have a toggle key rather than have it set to the mouse button. Personally, I'd rather do away with the mouse driving altogether. Driving was fine when I could drive straight ahead and mouselook to the sides for interesting POIs. I didn't even know this mouse selection was possible, as I never saw it mentioned in the game. And since there's no drive-by shooting in 7DTD, using the primary and secondary mouse buttons isn't supposed to do anything...until now, it seems. Nice stealth "feature", locking me out of my normal driving mode without telling me how to switch it back until I read this thread. >:(

I found the mouse click unlock by accident as well. I like the mouse driving for the most part, smoother steering, but on long trips I like to smoke or take a drink and it's easier to just drive one handed, so I use both. leaving in the mouse steering should be fine as long as you can toggle it like it is now.

well thank god I finally looked this up, mouse steering is the worst. I don't think it says left click to toggle anywhere in the game
