A17 - Are prefab bunkers still in game?

Those underground shelters where great during early game to take over. Haven't played A17 yet I wonder if prefab bunkers are still to be found ingame?

Because the Zs can dig and they can smash concrete with their fists. The last place you want to be with a horde of Zs is trapped underground with them raining down all around you.

I've seen one, wouldn't want to try to live in it now though.

In other words: There's no place to hide now no matter how deep you're diigging down?

I don't know of a way to make 'down' safe yet, I know a couple of ways to make up safe. I saw a way to make ground level safe with a trench. Nothing yet for down.

What a pity. I used to find me a bunker and dig down to rockbed from there - an area, which was absolutely safe during any horde night (which I skipped whenever I wanted to). The heat map radius would never reach the ground level Z's from down there, and I could happily work away ...

I also like to choose when to fight hordes and when not too. You can still do that, but mining all night, not so much.
