if you swivel your mouse it turns you, if you hold right click it lets you swivel your view without turning.

left mouse button switches controls between WASD and mouse look direction.

And if it works like other vehicles a LMB click changes control to WASD, but I didnt craft a bike for myself. It works for minibikes and motorcycles, so I assume it works to all vehicles.

Thanks everyone I was using wasd and just tried the mouse and all works well

How do i unlock locked bike?

Hold down the interaction button until the radial menu pops up (just like when you're interacting with vehicle storage area), and select the Lock/Unlock option (along side options like refuel, open storage, etc).

Only the player who placed the bike down from their toolbar is allowed to lock/unlock it.
