Maybe, but not well. You'll want to stick to no higher than medium textures, and a resolution of 720p.

With no actual GPU, you'll be lucky to see 30FPS.

You would be better off spending your money on a mid-grade gaming PC with a 1060 or 1660 (6GB variants), and 16GB RAM.
