Wet concrete blocks or Rebar frames + Concrete mix - which is best?
As the topic - from what I can tell the end result will be the same, except if attacked the rebar with concrete turns to rebar frames?

Rebar to concrete is cheaper on resources and more efficient as it goes straight to reinforced. Straight concrete needs to be made into a block first, then upgraded a second time for double the needed materials

Afaik rebar blocks have their full structural integrity even when they are still wet.
Concrete blocks have reduced structural integrity as long as they are wet.

Thanks :) So Rebar frame + Cement is the better choice.
