Which is the best way to farm nitrate powder?

I tried mining but i cant find it yet , sorry for the bad english.

Two places to find it are (1) in the squishy bone and gore blobs in the streets. These are ones with the rib cage sticking up, and (2) the white stalactites and stalagmites in the caves you encounter.

Hunt out gravel deposits on the surface in snow biomes and dig them up, when you find gravel that gives nitrite, make a mineshaft there and burrow your way downward.

It doesn't have to he the snow zone. But the gravel spots are the key to finding the buried resources. In the gravel you will find 1 of the 4 base resources. And yes dig down and you should find a sizeable deposit. Usually has some of the others with it, but not all the time. Happy mining.

Unless it's changed in A17 from before, then while yes you're correct it doesn't -have- to be the snow biome, you will find more frequent and larger nitrate deposits in the snow biome than anywhere else. You can indeed find them in other biomes, they're just rarer and typically smaller.
