Nitrado - server (7dtd) can't connect via web interface

I have a Nitrado gameserver for 7dtd.
If I want to "Connect to the server" via the web interface, I get the message "server is not responding". Is there a fix?

Oh nice. They won't even troubleshoot why their web interface won't respond to the server running on their system.

I'd need full information on how the server is configured, ports and all. And how the web interface is configured. And a log from the server. Most of this information was set up by Nitrado.

Can you be more specific about what files you need to get all that information.

Well, for a normal server, the server's config.xml would have most of the port data. Nitrado may set that in their startup script though, which would override any setting in the config file.
The log files are typically in 7DaystoDie_Data, however, again, the Nitrado startup script may have it point to a different location.

I don´t want to disturb your conversation too much, but: If I were you I would take the savegame and switch to another hosting provider, Nitrado always brings problems with them and they don´t want to deal with most problems if they occur.
