Keyboard Problems

Has anyone else the Problem, that suddenly you want to type to look for stuff, your keyboard comes out with additional letters? For example, I'm pressing m and it adds the letter b to it. So everytime I want to write something with an m it shows "bm". I changed keyboards, so this is not a hardware problem. It shows up even in other programs after playing the game.
Imagine how long this post took me....

First time I've seen anyone post this issue. Very strange. First, I'd try running the 7d2d launcher.exe, switching to the 'tools' tab, click 'Clean...' and select the checkbox for resetting controls / keybinds / settings. This will reset all your 7d2d settings in the Windows Registry. Then open game properties in Steam library and do the 'Local Files--verify files' option. I'm thinking there maybe some corrupt data in there possibly... that's causing this oddity when running 7d2d.

If that's not it... I'd suspect a corrupt keyboard driver. You could open 'Device Manager' and uninstall the keyboard. Then do a restart of the PC. That'll force Windows to re-detect the keyboard and install the correct driver. This 'should' fix the corruption for the previous driver installation.

Also, run 'Command Prompt' as 'Administrator' and at the DOS prompt type:
SFC /scannow
hit enter.
It'll look for corruption in some system files and try to fix it. Once it's done, EXIT command prompt and then restart the PC. Repeat the SFC /scannow command to double check and be sure system files are fixed. If it does find more corruption, be sure to restart the PC afterward and repeat process till it comes back with no file corruption found. Then test game again.
